1. Contact Us

Contact us if you need to register a company. You can choose the business form – Ltd (SIA), Microenterprise Ltd (mazkapitāla SIA), Joint Stock Company (AS). If necessary, we can arrange a meeting/call to determine which form will be most suitable for your business.

2. Information Request

We will send you an information request with the necessary data for preparing all the registration documents.

3. Document Submission

We will prepare the documents within 2 business days after receiving all the necessary information. We will then send the documents to you with instructions on signing and submitting them to the Commercial Register.

4. Registration

After submitting the documents to the Commercial Register, your company will be registered within 1-3 business days.

SIA – Limited Liability Company

The most popular business form in Latvia.

Minimum share capital EUR 2800
The share capital can be paid in cash or in kind
At least 1 founder – natural or legal person
The board consists of at least 1 board member

Microenterprise Ltd (Mazkapitāla SIA)

If you are ready to start a business but don't have the required EUR 2800 for the share capital of an SIA, you can establish a Microenterprise Ltd (Mazkapitāla SIA).

Share capital: EUR 1 – 2800
Maximum 5 founders – natural persons
The board consists only of individuals who are shareholders (founders)
You can have only 1 Microenterprise Ltd (Mazkapitāla SIA) at a time.

Accounting

We assist in ensuring the full-cycle financial accounting of the company in accordance with requirements. This includes processing and recording transaction documents, preparing statements for submission to the State Revenue Service (VID), maintaining employee records, and preparing and submitting annual reports to VID
